The Opportunity Enter the world of Marketing VIP Services, where it's your job to take care of our VIP Guests! From signing up Guests to attend upcoming events, coordinating Guest arrangements, to taking care of Guest needs while on property - it's all up to you to ensure our VIPs feel valued and appreciated from arrival to departure.

What You Get To Do Manages all aspects of the VIP Guest experience, from handling arrangements and reservations prior to arrival to ensuring they are taken care of while on property.
Consistently strives to delight our VIP Guests by exceeding expectations through gracious, enthusiastic, and personalized service.
Assists with the daily operations of VIP Services areas - interacting with Guests, answering incoming phone calls, and providing exceptional guest service to our VIP Players.
Builds and maintains valuable relationships with VIP Players by providing consistent, well-mannered, timely, and accurate service.
Issues complimentary offerings based on Guest need and qualifications.
Handles all Guest requests and coordinates efforts for property amenities, such as restaurants, hotel, transportation, special events, etc.
Conducts phone calls to VIP Guests including reservation confirmation, communicating event information, etc.
Issues Players Club cards and promotes the program and related promotions.
Assist Guests with questions as they relate to the property, loyalty programs, and current promotions.
Coordinates with various departments to create a successful Guest experience.
Works closely with the Player Development team to guarantee a VIP experience for all VIP Players.
Assists in the execution of special events as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

What Qualifies You High School Diploma or GED required.
Applicant must have demonstrated experience in at least one category designated below and be able to explain that
Experience:
Two (2) years of professional guest service skills Two (2) years' experience working within a casino players club or VIP reservations Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
Responsible for following all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGR's).
Physical Needs Talk and hear See and adjust focus to include close, distance, depth, and peripheral vision Stand, walk, run, sit, balance, stoop, kneel, climb, crouch, and/or crawl Handle objects, tools, and controls; reach with arms and hands.
Lift and/or move objects weighing up to fifty (50) pounds.
Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly exposed to:
A low-to-moderate noise level (offices).
A moderate-to-loud noise level (public areas).
Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
